Masterclass in Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy

SBRT has become a standard-of-care tool in the armamentarium of Radiation Oncology and simultaneous a guideline-recommended treatment option for a growing number of indications. The last years and months have been characterized by a rapidly evolving landscape whether and how to practice SBRT as locally ablative treatment option in a multidisciplinary environment. This ESTRO course aims to address the need to continuously update experienced SBRT and SRS uses with the latest knowledge and learn about the most recent developments in the field of image-guided stereotactic body radiotherapy and cranial stereotactic radiosurgery. On-site lectures will summarize the latest research and clinical findings in image-guided stereotactic body radiotherapy and cranial stereotactic radiosurgery, all published within the last 24 months. This course targets the needs and interests of clinicians, physicists, and radiation therapists asking • “How can I keep my SBRT program at the forefront of current evidence and technology?” AND • “How can I expand and grow my SBRT program to novel indications and innovative technologies”
