The aim of this module is to encourage and support health professionals’ involvement in the management of a radiation therapy department, or other healthcare unit. It aims to equip students with the skills to manage a radiation therapy (or other healthcare) team, including personnel/resources, risk, safety, quality and system design. It will also allow students to gain practical knowledge and to be able to carry out risk assessments and clinical audit in their individual departments, and engage in quality improvement processes.
