Isolated limb perfusion (ILP) is a well established technique for loco-regional cancer treatment. It has been used since the ’80 in cancers affecting soft tissues of the limbs. Main applications today are for melanoma and soft tissue sarcomas, but some few other rare entities may be included. Aim of the webinar is to resume and update indication of this technique as well as explain technical issues and perspectives. This ESSO webinar is proposed with the support of European School of Soft Tissue Sarcoma Surgery (ESSTSS).
