This course provides a thorough overview on the process of cancer and how diet and physical activity can help in prevention, as well as a co-adjuvant during and after treatment. It consists of both theory and practical contents and it is estimated that students will have to dedicate 29 study hours to complete it. The course is aimed specifically at health professionals working at a specialist level (oncology doctors and nurses, specialized physical therapists, nutritionists, etcetera). It has been developed by expert researchers and clinicians with extensive careers in the field of cancer. The course is part of the Onconet project, which was co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe program, via European Region Development Funds (FEDER). The course is free to users and must be completed within 10 weeks from registration.
